The 7 government institutions that were previously affiliated with Dhaka University are now governed by Dhaka Central University (DCU). With it comes a new admission system. Students must follow new rules, and exams will be different. DCU will manage everything from now on.

Apply Online for DCU Admission 2025
You can submit your application online between August 3 and August 10, 2025. Visit https://7college.du.ac.bd. Keep your SSC and HSC roll numbers, board names, and results ready. Upload a recent photo and your signature.
The application fee is BDT 800. You can complete the payment using bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Once you pay the fee, save the confirmation page. You’ll need it later.
7 College Admission Circular 2025: Key Highlights
These colleges have been run by Dhaka University since the year 2017. Now in 2025, DCU takes over all admission activities.

If you applied earlier for the 2024–2025 session, you won’t have to apply again. Your previous application is valid. If you cancel your application, you will get your money back.
The admission test is now different. Separate exams for Science, Arts, and Business will be held. The test has 100 MCQ marks. You can earn up to 20 bonus marks from your SSC and HSC results. There is no negative marking.

Exam Date & Format
The admission exams for the seven colleges under Dhaka Central University are scheduled for August 2025. Each unit—Arts, Science, and Business—has a separate exam date and time. The tests are scheduled as follows:

Eligibility Criteria
- Science: Total GPA 7.00
- Business: GPA 6.50 (must have Accounting)

You must have passed SSC in 2020 or 2021 and HSC in 2022 or 2023. Previous test takers cannot apply again. Some colleges like Eden and Badrunnesa have quotas for girls.
