The dates for online admission confirmation for the diploma in engineering are as follows:
- Students selected in the 1st phase must confirm by paying the admission fee from July 1, 2024, to July 5, 2024.
- Students selected in the 2nd phase must confirm by paying the admission fee from July 15, 2024, to July 18, 2024.
- Students selected in the 3rd phase must confirm by paying the admission fee from July 29, 2024, to July 31, 2024.
- Students selected in the 4th phase must confirm by paying the admission fee from August 1, 2024, to August 3, 2024.
- Students selected in the 5th phase must confirm by paying the admission fee from August 4, 2024, to August 6, 2024.
Online Application Deadlines
The deadlines for online application for the diploma in engineering course are:
- 1st phase application: From May 26, 2024, to June 25, 2024.
- 2nd phase application: From July 9, 2024, to July 11, 2024.
- 3rd phase application: From July 22, 2024, to July 25, 2024.

- The results for the diploma in engineering course will be announced via SMS and the website. The results for those who apply in the first phase will be published on July 1, 2024.
- The results for the second phase applications and waiting list will be published on July 15, 2024.
- The results for the third phase applications and waiting list will be published on July 29, 2024.
- The results for the fourth phase from the waiting list will be published on August 1, 2024.
- The results for the fifth phase from the waiting list will be published on August 4, 2024.

To apply online, the prescribed fee must be paid at least one hour before filling out the form. Selected students in the first phase must complete their confirmation by paying the prescribed admission fee between July 1, 2024, and July 5, 2024.
Failure to confirm within the specified time will result in the cancellation of the first phase selection and application.
However, these students can reapply with the fee on the dates set by the board. The second phase of the diploma in engineering admission will begin on July 9, 2024, and will end on July 11, 2024. The third phase will start on July 22, 2024, and will end on July 25, 2024, at 9 PM.
If students fail to apply in the third phase, there will be no opportunity to reapply.
Migration Information for Confirmed Students :
The confirmed students will have the auto migration option open by default. Students will be given the opportunity to migrate to their preferred institutions based on their preference.
The auto migration results will also be published every time the waiting list results are published.\n\nWhen the auto migration option is kept open, the student has to necessarily study in the institution that has come last in the list.

However, a student can close his auto migration option anytime. Once the auto migration is closed, it cannot be opened.
Institution Enrollment Schedule :
Confirmed students in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th phases must complete their admission by appearing in person with a photocopy of their SSC exam number sheet, three recent passport-sized photos, and a photocopy of the testimonial from the institution where they completed their SSC.
- This must be done between August 11, 2024, and August 20, 2024.
Students must ensure they are on the confirmed list before enrolling. If a student fails to enroll within the specified time, they will be considered absent, and their confirmation will be automatically canceled.
