You can follow the following steps with the help of NTRCA Preliminary Exam website to retrieve new user ID and password:
- First, visit NTRCA official website at: ntrca.teletalk.com.bd
- On the first page of the website you can click on “User ID & Password Recovery” or you can go to a section in the sidebar where this step can be found.
- By clicking on “User ID & Password Recovery”, a page will be allowed where you provide your mobile number and date of birth.
- After providing correct information, click on “Submit” button.
- You will receive a code on your mobile number which will be used to retrieve your user ID and password. Enter that code.
- After providing the correct code, your new user ID and password will be retrieved.

NTRCA 18th Registration Exam Pattern & Syllabus
Candidates of 18th registration candidates have to attend the MCQ preliminary exam of 100 marks. The entire duration of the exam is one hour.
There will be total 100 questions in this exam. Candidates will get 1 mark for each correct answer, but for wrong answers 0.25 marks will be deducted from the total marks obtained for each wrong answer.
