Border Guard Bangladesh Application Eligibility And Steps

Educational Qualification for Application: GPA-3.00 in SSC/Equivalent Examination and Pass in HSC/Equivalent Examination, Minimum GPA 2.50. Both male and female can apply if they have the said qualification.

Application Deadline: The application deadline is fixed till 19 September 2024. And can apply through SMS till 10 September 2024.

Applicant Age Limit: Only those who will be between 18 to 23 as on 26-1-2025 can apply. And the date of birth should be between 27-1-2002 to 26-1-2007 for this job application.

Salary Scale: According to the National Salary Scale 2015, the salary for the job of Border Guard Bangladesh is fixed between Tk (9000-21,500).

• Now an option called “Go Forward” will appear. Now click on this option.

• Now a few questions will be asked to answer correctly to check your eligibility. Try to answer the questions correctly.

Circular Registration

• Enter your active mobile number and email address (if any) by providing correct answers to the questions. Then click on the “Next” button.

• A 4 digit otp number will be sent to the mobile number you entered. Enter this code in the input box and click on the “Verify” button to proceed to the next page.

• Your mobile number is verified by entering the OTP number. At this stage you will see your user ID and password on the screen itself. And User ID and Password will be sent to you through SMS. Click on the “Go to Login Page” option to go to the next page.

Submit the application fee

• Use your user ID and password to login. At this stage an option called “Pay Fee” will appear.

• Click on the “Pay Fee” option and deposit the application fee digitally through banking card or mobile banking.

Verify Educational Qualifications

• Enter your SSC/HSC exam board, exam roll number, registration number and exam year to reveal the educational qualification.

• Your information may not appear correct at this stage. In that case, check the information again and put the roll number and registration number correctly.

Provide Information and Upload Images

• If the education information you have entered is correct then the next page will be filled automatically.

• Now upload a passport size photograph to provide personal information.

• Then click on the “All information provided by me is correct” button.

• If there is any mistake in the information you can click on the “Change” button to change it.

• And after verifying the information if everything is correct then “Do you want to submit your information?” Click the button and move to the next page.

• You will receive a message on your mobile when the admit card is generated. The message is that you login to the website with your user ID and password. From here you download your admit card and save it by printing.

Steps To Participate In Border Guard Bangladesh Selection Exam

Those who will be selected for the exam will first have to attend the medical exam, then the written exam and the last stage will be the final exam.

Those who will be selected will have to participate in Fasting Sugar, HbA1C, HBsAg, Anti HCV, Serum Creatinine.

Next step is to qualify for Fasting Sugar, HbA1C & Serum Creatinine blood test. HBsAg and Anti HCV must be negative. If you clear the exams correctly you will be finally selected. And if you fail the exam you will be notified through SMS.

After passing all the tests, appropriate government agencies will act to investigate you. If the verification report is correct then you will get your appointment letter.

What to bring with you for the BGB final exam?

• SSC, HSC and equivalent examination certificate,

• Certificate of SSC, HSC and equivalent side, here must mention the candidate’s permanent address and date of birth.
• Permission letter by Chairman,
• Citizenship Certificate and Character Certificate,
• 11 copies passport size photograph printed in lab with blue background,

• Original copy of National Identity Card and Single Certificate.

Separate documents are required for children of BGB retired soldiers, minorities, sportsmen, residents of government orphanages, Ansar and village defence personnel, and freedom fighters.
