Who Can Apply For Form Fill-Up?
For Regular Students :
- Students registered in Dhaka University in the academic year 2020-2021 who have participated in the 2021 1st year.
- Honors examination as regular candidates who pass will be able to participate in the 2nd year honors 2022 Examination as regular candidates.
Count As Irregular Students :
- Those students of the academic year 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 who have passed the 1st year honors 2019.
- 2020 examination participants but have not participated in the 2nd year examination 2020.
- 2021 examination participants can participate in the 2nd year examination of 2022 as irregular candidates.
- Also, the students who have failed/passed/are absent in the published results of the 2nd year examination 2021 will have the opportunity to fill out the form as irregular candidates simultaneously.
- The failed/passed/absent students will have to participate in all subjects as irregular.
As Grad Improvement :
- All those students who have participated in the 2nd year honors examination 2021 as regular and irregular students can participate in the 2nd year honors 2022 examination as quality improvement candidates.
- Also, suppose any regular student of the academic year 2018-2019 has not participated in the 2nd year examination 2021 as a standard improvement candidate.
- In that case, the student can participate in the discussion examination as an improvement candidate.
- If a student with academic year 2018-2019 has participated in 2nd year examination of 2021 then there is no chance to fill the form in 2nd year 2022, but it is noted here that if any student of 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 academic year has “F” grade in 2nd year then they Only courses with “F” grade can fill the form.
- It is also noted here that there will be no further opportunity to upgrade the “F” grade to an acceptable grade for the students of the academic year 2017-2018.
- For Arts Faculty (D to B-) grade in the case of may participate in Examination.
- (D to B) for the Faculty of Social Sciences.
- (D to C+ grade) for Science Faculty will be able to conduct grade improvement tests.
- (D to A-) grades for the Faculty of Business Studies.

Honours 2nd Year From Fill-Up Online application form filling
- The applicant has to sign up on the university website (7college.du.ac.bd) by clicking on the Form Fill-up button
- Enter his data according to the website instructions (as per the form-filling instructions given on the seven college website) with his registration number and password.
- Once the data entry process is complete, the student will see a preview (entry form).
- If the filled data is correct, then a filled application form can be printed online.
- The filled form (entry form) will show the subject code of the candidate and personal details of the candidate along with the subject of the examination.
- If a student makes a mistake in the information provided while filling out the online form, the student himself can correct it a maximum of 03 (three) times.
- After signing the printed form by the student, the college Principal/Acting Principal shall photocopy and keep one copy by the student
- Submit another copy to the desk/department designated by the college.
- Suppose the data of any candidate of the academic year mentioned in the notification has yet to be provided (for filling out the form online).
- In that case, the candidate can report the previous data of the student (online copy of all results) to the office of the Controller of Examinations of Dhaka University by 09/11/2023 through the college authority.
Honours 2nd Year From Fill-Up Fee Deposit Procedure
- 2022 2nd year honors exam candidates must deposit the fees to the college authority under “Seven College Student fees”.
- account no: 4405703000094 in any branch of Sonali Bank by bank draft/pay order.
- Bank Draft/Pay-Order must be payable to (A/C Payee).
- The cost of each form is 100/- (One Hundred Taka), Account No:- 33011288 (Sonali Bank, Dhaka University Corporate Branch).
- The college authorities will recover 50/- (Fifty Tk) per student as their expenses.
