National University Honours 3rd Year Form Fill Up 2024’s Notice has already been published on 21 December 2023 at https://www.nu.ac.bd/.

After the completion of online applications and form fill-ups, the National University will release the Honors Third Year Exam Routine of 2024.

The estimate is that the Honors 3rd year exam of 2024 may be held at the end of February 2024.

How to complete Honour’s Third Year Form Fill Up Online?

To take part in the National University’s 2024 Honors 3rd-year examination, you must fill up the form online. This is quite a task. In this section, Let’s discuss in detail how a student can fill up the form online.

We will help you know which website to apply for the online form fill up.  Also, how to apply and how much money to deposit at the time of application? The steps to fill up the form are given below-

1. Visit the NU form fill-up website (http://ems.nu.ac.bd/student-login)
2. Type your registration number and click on the login button.
3. Now, in the dashboard, go left and select the form fill-up menu.
4. Here, the subject lists will appear, so, select specific subject codes (including practical).
5. After that, Download the application.
6. You have to download and print your application form.
7. After that, it should be submitted to the concerned department head along with the prescribed fee.

Honours 3rd Year Exam 2024

The application form along with the mentioned application fee should be submitted to the college authority. An important thing to note here is that, before printing the form and submitting it to the college, it must be checked to see whether it is correct and signed.

National University authorities will not be responsible for wrongly selecting the subject code or any kind of mistake in this case.

Third-Year Honour’s Form Fill-Up Application Fees

In the published notice, the National University mentioned the fees for filling up the form of Honors third-year examination. The notice describes how much application fee a student must pay to participate in the exam.

Requirements to Participating in Honours 3rd Year Exam 2023

Students who will participate in the Honors third-year Examination 2023 are subject to certain conditions. However, there are different conditions for regular examinees, different conditions for irregular examinees, and grade development examinees.

Conditions For Regular Students

Firstly, 2018-2019 students according to the revised regulations of the regular 2013-2014 syllabus will be counted as regular examinees.

Secondly, in 2022, all these students were to be promoted or passed the 2nd year honors examination and got promoted to the third year.

Thirdly, only those students who have completed the third-year education program and their data is given on the website will take part in the third-year examination.

Conditions For Irregular Students

Those students who have previously passed second-year promotion and want third-year promotion according to the syllabus and revised regulations from the 2013-2014 academic year will be irregular.

In other words, Students whose sessions were 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18 are the irregular students.

All the students who have not attended or passed the Honors Second Year Examination in 2018-2019 also fall in this category.

Those students who have passed the course as an irregular examination in the Honors second-year examination this year will also be counted as irregular students.

Improvement Exam Student’s Conditions

According to the syllabus regulations effective from the academic year 2013-14 by the National University, those students who have participated in the Honors second year examination in 2017-18-19 and 2020 are promoted to the fourth year and can sit for improvement exams.

All those students who had protested as grade improvement candidates can also sit for the improvement exam.

Besides, a student taking one or two courses in the Honors third-year examination will be able to participate in the Honors second-year examination of 2021.

In this case, a student can take the development test of a maximum of two courses.

If a student fails to pass the grade or does not take the exam, his previous grade will stand.
