Publication of practical and oral examination schedule of 2021 Honors fourth year examination of the regular examinees of the academic year 2017-2018 academic year of National University. Here I will present to you the detailed information of practical and oral examination of Honors 4th year.

National University Honors 4th Year Oral/Practical Examination of 2021 will be accepted from 20/08/2022 to 10/09/2023. College authorities will conduct National University Honors 4th year practical and oral examination as per the schedule. After taking the said practical and oral test, the mark sheet is requested to be sent online and the original copy to the concerned branch.

Honors 4th year examination center list is available on university website (www.nubd.info). Candidates have been informed to participate in the examination by contacting the respective teachers of the examination center through their respective colleges.
It may be noted that the external examiners appointed for the oral/practical examination will be informed through mobile text message which college center will conduct the examination. Candidates for Oral/Practical Examination are requested to download from their respective TMIS Profile. At the same time download the subject wise external examiner list using User Name, Password of the concerned center college.

Honors 4th Year Oral/Practical Test Acceptance and Marking Rules
• The name of external examiner of oral/practical examination will be intimated to the concerned college and external examiner through letter. If you do not receive the letter, contact the Deputy Controller of Examinations, Honors Part 4 Branch to find out the name of the external examiner.
• The date and time of the examination should be fixed by contacting the external examiner. The exam must be completed within the scheduled date. In case of disqualification, the external examiner contacts the concerned branch on the phone number
• The name of the external examiner should be changed. Under no circumstances should external examiners be recruited and examined without the approval of the University authorities.
• National University web site of college wise mark sheets and attendance sheets of candidates appearing in oral/practical examination
Download and print from (www.nubd.info/204). After taking the examination of the candidates, the external examiner and internal examiner will check the name, roll and reg number of the candidates in the mark sheet and give the marks obtained against it. At the same time, take the signature of the candidates on the attendance sheet.
• After taking the exam all the candidates have to enter the data using the college password obtained by the candidates in the presence of the external examiner. Before sending the number online, all the candidates should check whether the number has been entered correctly. No manual numbers will be accepted unless sent on-line. Do not make mistake in number entry.
• Care must be taken not to enter any wrong numbers. No application for correction of marks will be entertained after the declaration of result.

• After data entry and sending online, print out of the sent number sheet should be taken. Original copy and Print copy shall be signed by the External Examiner and Internal Examiner at the designated place. At the same time, the external and internal examiner will sign the attendance sheet at the designated place on each page. Absent candidates must write Absent in mark sheet and attendance sheet. No room can be left empty under any circumstances.
• One copy of the print out will be kept by the external examiner himself and one copy will be kept by the Head of Department/Principal. Topsheet, original copy of mark sheet and original attendance sheet should be filled and sealed in the prescribed envelope and sent to Sub-Controller of Examination, Honors 4th Year Branch and one copy print out to Controller of Examination, National University, Gazipur-1704. Verbal/Practical Number, Subject, Subject Code should be written on the envelope. 01 photocopy of attendance sheet should be kept in the office of Head of Department/Principal.
• Oral/Practical examination of any candidate whose name is not in the list will not be accepted. If the name of a valid candidate is not in the print out, then the name should be included in the data by contacting the concerned branch along with the necessary papers and admit card.
• If there are candidates from colleges other than the concerned college in the oral/practical examination center, separate mark sheets and attendance sheets should be prepared and sent under separate names as per rules after taking the examination. A sealed copy should be sent to the principal of the affiliated college for online transfer of marks. The Principal concerned will send the marks of his college candidates online using Mahadaya college password.
• Confidentiality of respective college password should be maintained while sending data. College concerned will be responsible if any discrepancy is observed between the original mark sheet (hand entry) sent to the university and the marks entered online.
• Statistics practical subject question papers cannot be played in absence of external examiner and cannot be practiced accordingly.

• The original copy of the mark sheet must be sent to the concerned branch within 07 (seven) days after the completion of the oral/practical examination of the college.

• A college will not accept the mark sheet of any candidate who conducts the oral/practical examination through an external examiner. Because of that the result of the candidate will be suspended.
