The 2021 Honors 4th-year regular examination will start on 18/06/2023 from 01.30 PM. The question papers of this examination will be handed over from the Treasury Office, Dhaka at 08.00 a.m. on the examination days to the Centers of Dhaka Metropolis through the Treasury Officer in collaboration with the representative of the University.
A special request is being made to receive the sealed packet of question papers by sending a representative along with the authorization letter of the principal/officer-in-charge along with necessary security arrangements on the day of the examination. At the end of the daily examination, the answer sheets and OMR form (examiner’s portion) should be sealed in packets as per rules and stored in the nearest police station/treasury office.
The next day should be submitted by hand to National University, Gazipur through a teacher representative. In this case, answer sheet storage and withdrawal certificate should be sent. The answer sheet cannot be kept in the center under any circumstances. OMR cannot be sent by post. But the answer sheet can be sent by post on that day. (a) The college authority shall deposit 150 rupees out of 450 rupees per candidate and examination for examination related work at the rate of 300 rupees per examination, along with the candidate, to the officer-in-charge of the concerned center before the commencement of examination.
(b) The candidate shall keep 50 rupees of the 200 rupees collected and 100 rupees of the 300 rupees collected for multiple papers for his examination related work and the candidate shall deposit the total amount of 150 rupees and 200 rupees before the commencement of the examination to the officer in charge of the concerned center along with the candidate.
(c) Candidates only for Honors 4th Year Special Examinations Special Examinations Admit Card mentions the respective subjects to be paid together with Special Examination Answer Sheet and not required to write 4th Year Examination 2020 on the upper part of the cloth of the answer sheet packet.
It may be noted that the notification regarding the rules for taking the 2020 Honors 4th year exam/packing answer sheet/bundle preparation/packing OMR form and sending the attendance sheet has been published today.

Offenses related to examination discipline:
a) communicating and talking to each other in the examination room; b) smoking in the examination room;
c) Carrying mobile phones or any electronics in the examination hall;
d) carrying polluting/unauthorized documents;
e) writing on the answer sheet from defamatory/unauthorized papers;
f) writing answers in the question paper/writing from the answers written in the question paper in the answer sheet;
g) writing on the answer sheet using mobile phone or any electronic device in the examination hall;
h) Illegally taking a seat in the examination room instead of the designated place;
i) Writing on desks, benches, cloth, body parts, blackboards, walls of rooms or anything else and writing answer papers therefrom;
j) writing anything unusual, objectionable, making any unreasonable comments in the answer sheet or keeping money in the answer sheet;
k) Change of roll number/Exchange of roll number with each other (exchange of answer sheets with each other);
l) Taking advantage/attempting to take advantage on false pretenses;
m) Participating in examination illegally by giving false identity;
n) Smuggling answer sheets out of the examination room or adding written answer sheets from outside;
o) Changing the cover page of the answer sheet;
p) Leaving the examination hall without submitting the answer sheet to the invigilator, throwing/attempting to throw away/swallowing any polluting papers out of reach of the invigilator without providing them;
q) Destruction/Tearing of Answer Sheets, Contaminating Papers/Items, Answer Sheets or Admit Cards etc. to appropriate authorities.
Refusal to surrender or obstruct seizure;
r) Abusing, abusing, misbehaving with or intimidating the invigilator/person engaged in examination in the examination hall. If any person/persons engaged in the examination are examined or
Assaulting or attempting to assault outside the hall. Center premises or outside in examination room during examination
Misbehavior with University representative, local administration officer or any person involved in conducting examination

Candidates shall not be forced to leave the examination hall or provoked, vandalized examination room, vandalized furniture or set fire.
