- Students of academic year 2015-16, 2016-17. Registered private students of 2016 2017 who have participated in the degree pass and certificate course 2nd year examination of 2017, 2018 and passed (Promoted) but did not participate in the 3rd year examination of 2018, 2019. - Also, those students participated in the degree pass and certificate course 2nd year in 2018. Degree pass and certificate course 2nd year in 2019 and the results of the two exams (2018 and 2019 2nd year) are the conditions for promotion to 3rd year (appearing in all papers in 2nd year).

- Bank Draft/Pay-Order must be payable to (A/C Payee).
- Also, as per the prevailing norms of Dhaka University, the cost of each form is 100/- (One Hundred Taka) which the college authority can pay by bank draft/pay to any branch of Sonali Bank under the title “CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS” Account No:-33011288 (Sonali Bank, Dhaka University Corporate Branch) 50/- (Fifty TK) (per student) shall be collected by the college authorities as their expenses.
